Closing & Leaving the Space

  1. Reset Audio Levels
    • Ensure all audio levels are set back to unity (default level).
    • Ensure audio levels on the Control Room TV are below 40 before leaving.
    • Ensure the Set TV is muted.

  2. Power Down Equipment
    • After stopping the recording, wait 1 minute before powering down equipment.
    • Flip the switches labeled Main Power 1 and Main Power 2 to the off position.

  3. Submit Your Media
    • Remove the SD card from the switcher.
    • Place it back in the SD card reader.
    • Drag and drop your media from the SD card to the desktop folder labeled “all media.”

  4. Complete the Checklist
    • Review and fill out the provided checklist to confirm all steps are complete.

  5. Clean Up
    • Clean any used mugs and place them in the kitchen drying rack.

  6. Turn Off Lighting
    • Turn off the set lights (located in the hallway).
    • Turn off the main lights before leaving.

  7. Return Props
    • Place all props back in their designated locations.

  8. Secure the Space
    • Ensure the door locks properly before leaving.
